Refunds and Returns Policy

At My Deal USA LLC, we strive to offer quality products in excellent condition. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms related to refunds and returns.

Returns must be initiated within 4 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
    • Intimate, personal hygiene, or sanitary items.
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
    • Gift cards, downloadable software, and select personal care products.

Note: Used items will only be eligible for return if unreported defects are identified.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Items returned with evident signs of use.
  • Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to us.
  • Items returned after the 4-day return window, under exceptional circumstances.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Sale Items

Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges are allowed only for items that are defective or damaged.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • My Deal USA LLC is not liable for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Exclusions of Responsibility

  • Returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be processed.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or loss of items during transit.
  • Policies are subject to change without prior notice, and results beyond our direct control cannot be guaranteed.
